Hi!! My name is Oscar. I go with as my artist name. I basically combined my first and last name together. I’m a singer/songwriter. I know 2020 wasn’t everybody’s cup of tea, but I’ve been using that time to find myself and write. From topics like heartbreak to unconditional love. I was born in a small country in Latin America called “El Salvador.” My childhood was there. I made friendships that I will never forget. My father always sang in the house. He always sang in family reunions and holidays. He even sang to me everyday as he drove me to school. He's one of the reasons that drove me to wanting to sing. My mother has always been there for me as well. Teaching me right from wrong. I’ve also been really dedicated to my faith in god ever since I first heard of him. That, and knowing he sent his one and only son to die for our sins. My mother is also another reason for my love for music. She got me my first CD when I was 6. It was none other than “My World 2.0” by Justin Bieber. That album changed everything for me. I remember being in my living room, and pretending I was at a concert singing the songs from the album, holding the tv remote as a microphone. Some memories I will never forget. Sometime passed, then my family moved to the U.S. in 2012, and settled in Maryland. I learned English. Went to school. Made some friends. Now I'm here. My project Inner Thoughts is out now!
